Bulimia Recovery Tips

There is a simple questions that is especially important in binge eating or bulimia recovery (or any type of disordered eating recovery).

Each time you try to achieve something big – like ED recovery for example – it’s good to ask yourself this simple question. If you want to reach your goals, be aware that they will have to be your number 1 priority.

When you think about it, it really makes sense. Don’t you think?

You can’t become an athlete or worldwide known wizard by exercising just once in a while, right?

Well, it’s the same with recovery. You can’t recover totally from your ED or bulimia if you are not paying attention to it every single day. If you focus on recovery only when you don’t have any friend’s birthday parties planned or when there is no cake in your grandmother’s fridge, let’s face it, you won’t manage to get through it!

Watch this week’s video to take the next step and get a good dose of motivation to stop binge eating for good.

If you still doubt that recovery is possible for you, please read my own bulimia recovery story here, this way, you’ll see that you too, you can fully recover.

As usual, I’d love to hear from you, so leave me a comment to share your experience.

Have you ever failed to reach a goal because you weren’t focused enough? Or on the opposite, have you already notice that when you put something as your #1 priority, things are much easier and will happen quicker?
