What you need

 

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 handful pumpkin seeds
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 piece of organic tempeh
  • 1 handfull brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup kefir
  • Sea salt

 

What you do

 

- Grind the brazil nuts and put aside.

- Cut the zucchini and red capsicum in pastas with a peeler and place everything in a salad bowl.

- Cut your tempeh in cubes and grill or fry them. Then put the cubes in the salad bowl.

- Place all the remaining ingredients in the salad bowl (except brazil nuts) and mix well

- Serve with brazil nuts on top :P
