Vegan Praline Ice Cream With Chocolate Sauce (made in minutes with just a few ingredients!)

 

I am currently in Belgium with all my friends and family and, while it’s totally awesome, I can tell you that food and alcohol are the corner stone of all social relationships here…

 

As we are getting into summer, heaps of things I haven’t seen for a while are appearing everywhere and I can’t deny that seeing my brother eating a traditional ice cream with a tone of chocolate sauce on top the other day made me want some…

 

And while as I was running that afternoon, I realised that if self-love was accepting yourself fully and unconditionally, for me at that stage it was also accepting my cravings for something totally decadent and rich in chocolate; a Vegan Praline Ice Cream With Chocolate Sauce…

 

This is how this creation was born:

 

Vegan Praline Ice Cream With Chocolate Sauce (serves 1)

 

What you need

 

Ice Cream

  • 1 & 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 big tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of your fav milk
  • Pinch cinnamon

Chocolate Sauce

  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup of your fav milk

 

What you do

 

For each one, blend all ingredients in your high speed blender until smooth and well combine.

Serve your ice cream in a nice little bowl and pour the chocolate sauce on top.

Garnish with your favourite toppings. Here I’ve used some mulberries and cinnamon.
