Being healthy is not hard.

Most people are currently lacking of essential nutrients due to our modern diet that is quite poor in fresh fruits and veggies. The green colour is very important because it’s full of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is important to transport oxygen and energy to our cells. It has a huge role in your general health, this is why I try to have at least 1 green juice per day.

On top of that, the liquid form makes the nutrients directly accessible and absorbed by your body. Almost no work from your digestive system is required.

All you need to make them at home is a juicer and you can start with the basic one. So no need to make a huge investment to get started. Once you have your juicer, you can start experimenting. Here is a good example. This ultimate green juice recipe is full of goodness.


What you need


  • A few celery stalks
  • 1 broccoli stem
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Some romaine lettuce
  • A few stalks of kale



What you do


- Switch your juicer on after placing a big bowl to receive the juice.

- Put all the ingredients in your juicer.

- Drink fresh :P
