What you need


For the wedges

  • 1 sweet potato
  • Coconut oil (for frying)
  • Sea salt


For the sauce

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime
  • Spices (here I am using sea salt and cayenne pepper but you can add anything you like)


What you do


For the wedges

- Cut the potato in wedges & fry them in coconut oil until soft

- Add salt


For the sauce

- Blend avocado and the juice of 1/2 lime

- Keep the other 1/2 of the lime to add on top of the wedges
