Superfood Raspberry Sorbet

 

I know it’s not the perfect weather to eat raspberry sorbet but sometimes, a (pregnant) girl just has some cravings :)

 

This one is as easy to make as a smoothie and packed with superfoods to boost the nutritional intake and health benefits.

Sounds great, right?

 

To be perfectly honest, it’s just impossible to waste this recipe. A 4 year old could make it in minutes.

Try it, you won’t regret.

 

You could also substitute raspberries for any other berries, like blueberries or strawberries or even cherries could be delicious as well! Choose your flavor ;)

Superfood Raspberry Sorbet

 

What you need (serves 1)

 

1 frozen banana
1 handful frozen raspberries
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tbsp chia seeds (I used Purasana chia seeds)
1 tbsp maca powder (I used Purasana maca powder)
1 pinch cinnamon
Juice of 1/2 lime

 

 

What you do

 

1. Just blend everything in your high speed blender until well-combined.

2. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
