Quick & Easy Superfood Raspberry Smoothie


Raspberries are awesome (like all berries). They are full of flavour, rich in antioxidants and are not packing too many calories, which makes it a great snack!


Here’ve added some superfoods in the recipe to make it even more nutritious. I love this Superfood Raspberry Smoothie as breakfast or as snack and it’s so, so easy to make that even a 10 years old could do it.

Superfood Raspberry Smoothie (serves 1)


What you need


  • 1 small banana
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 cup filtered water




  • hemp seeds
  • frozen raspberries
  • cinnamon


What you do


Whiz everything in your high-speed blender until creamy.

Serve and garnish with your favorite toppings.
