This Super Energy Booster Smoothie will help you feel great, even if you’ve indulged a bit too much over the holidays!
What you need
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp raw maca powder
- 1 tbsp lucuma powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup of your favourite milk (I used almond milk)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
What you do
- Blend everything in your high speed blender.
- Garnish with seeds, cacao nibs and cinnamon powder.
WARNING: You might become very energised after drinking this
If you try to give up coffee, this could be a good alternative but be careful not drinking this too late in the afternoon.
