This Super Energy Booster Smoothie will help you feel great, even if you’ve indulged a bit too much over the holidays!

 

What you need

 

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp raw maca powder
  • 1 tbsp lucuma powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup of your favourite milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

 

What you do

 

- Blend everything in your high speed blender.

- Garnish with seeds, cacao nibs and cinnamon powder.

 

WARNING: You might become very energised after drinking this ;)

If you try to give up coffee, this could be a good alternative but be careful not drinking this too late in the afternoon.
