What you need


  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 handful pomegranate (skin off)
  • 1 handful pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup organic kefir
  • 1tbsp cacao powder (or more)
  • 1tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp black sesame seeds


What you do


- Throw everything in a bowl

- Finish with some desiccated and sesame seeds
