This smoothie is just delicious and it’s a perfect way to have your protein intake after your workout if you are vegetarian. As protein is essential to repair muscles, it’s quite important to have some after a workout. If you are a vegetarian, workout regularly and are not sure to have enough proteins, this will be your new best friend!


What you need


  • 1 egg white
  • 1 fresh young coconut (water + flesh)
  • 1 tbsp maca
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 2 handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds to sprinkle on top


What you do


- Blend everything in a high speed blender (except hemp seeds).

- Sprinkle hemp seeds on top of your succulent smoothie.

- Enjoy :P
