This smoothie is just delicious and it’s a perfect way to have your protein intake after your workout if you are vegetarian. If you are a vegetarian, workout regularly and are not sure to have enough proteins, this will be your new best friend!
What you need
- 1 egg white
- 1 fresh young coconut (water + flesh)
- 1 tbsp maca
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 2 handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds to sprinkle on top
What you do
- Blend everything in a high speed blender (except hemp seeds).
- Sprinkle hemp seeds on top of your succulent smoothie.
