Yum! Easy and quick to prepare. This Mango Probiotic Delish is the perfect option if you want a lazy-ass breakfast or snack.
What you need
- 1/2 mango, diced
- 1/4 cup kefir (or natural organic yoghurt)
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp cacao goji berries
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
What you do
- Dice your mango in cubes and place them in a bowl.
- Add your cacao nibs and sunflower seeds and mix well.
- Place your preparation in a glass and top it with some kefir or natural yoghurt.
- Garnish with goji berries and poppy seeds.
