Make Your Own Nutella with this healthy and easy recipe…

 

When you know that the traditional version is full of refined sugars and palm oil, not to mention all the additives and preservatives, you can figure out pretty quickly how making your own Nutella can have a huge beneficial impact on your health as well as your kids’.

 

This healthy Nutella version (I like to call it the Naturalla) is not only delicious and easy to make but super good for you. It contains good fats, raw cacao and healthy natural sugars such as coconut sugar that don’t make your blood sugar level high-rocket. While it needs to be consumed as a treat – because it is – it will make a huge difference in your life!

 

You can make a big batch and store in a glass jar in the fridge for weeks without any issue!

Make Your Own Nutella, The Naturalla (serves about 400 ml)

 

What you need

 

1 cup roasted hazelnuts

1/2 cup of your favorite oil (here I mixed walnut oil and coconut oil)

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup cacao

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 pinch unrefined sea salt

Cinnamon

Vanilla

 

What you do

 

Blend everything in your high speed blender until well combined and creamy.

Add more oil if you’d like something creamier or add more milk as needed if you’d like something more liquid.
