What you need

 

For the base

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup flax meal
  • 1 cup dates (pitted)
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut (or coconut flakes) – optional

 

 

For the filling

  • 1 & 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup dates (soaked & pitted)
  • 270ml coconut cream (I use Ayams coconut cream as this is the most natural one I’ve found so far)
  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked in oat or almond milk
  • 1 cup walnuts

 

What you do

 

For the base

- Blend all ingredients until well combine

- Spread and press the mixture into a tin

- Place in the fridge while preparing the filling

 

For the filling

- Process all ingredients into a food processor until well combine

- Spread the mixture on top of the base

- Decorate with goji berries and schredded coconut or be creative and decorate with what you like or what you have at home ;)
