What you need

 

For the crackers

  • A bunch of kale (stems removed)
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • Sea salt

 

For the dip

  • 1 handful mini tomatoes
  • 1/2 small ripe avocado
  • Sea salt & pepper

 

What you do

 

For the crackers

- Preheat the oven – grill function at 150 degrees

- Melt the coconut oil and mix it with the kale leaves and the sesame seeds

- Place the kale in the oven, on baking paper

- Grill during about 10 to 15 minutes with the door slightly open

- Salt

 

For the dip

- Dice tomatoes and avocado and mix them in a cup

- Add your favourite condiments

- Serve with a raw salad on the side & lemon wedges
