Quick and easy high protein green smoothie


You know that I am only making super easy recipes. I love creating new stuffs but I hate spending hours in the kitchen trying to make super complicated and fancy things.


And this simple high protein green smoothie is definitely ultra simple. Only 3 ingredients for a High Protein Green Smoothie that will give your body a good dose of protein, heaps of fibre, Iron, Vit E, Omega 3, 6 and 9. Everything you need to keep you healthy and vibrant!


This is also the perfect post-workout snack to repair muscles and replenish your body.

High Protein Green Smoothie (serves 1)


What you need



  • 2 cups (250ml) almond milk (or your favorite type of milk)
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. hemp powder
  • 1/2 ripe avocado




  • handful fresh blueberries
  • cacao nibs
  • pumpkin seeds


What you do


Blend everything (except toppings, of course) in your high speed blender. Garish with your toppings.
