What you need

 

  • A piece of organic ginger root (about the size of your tom)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 liter of boiling filtered water

 

What you do

 

- Boil the water.

- In a tea pot put the ginger and cinnamon,

- Then pour the water in your tea pot, on top of your ginger and cinnamon.

- Sip that over the morning and make another one for the afternoon. As simple as that!
