What you need


  • 1 cup of flax seeds
  • 2 cups of filtered water
  • Salt
  • Your favourite spices (here I used tumeric, ginger, curry, cayenne)



What you do


- Soak the flax seeds in filtered water during 3 to 4 hours

- Add the spices of your choice

- Place a baking paper sheet on your baking trail and spread the mixture on top

- Place in the oven for about 30 minutes (150 degrees) and check regularly

- You should obtain a crust. Break it into smaller pieces and you’ve got your healthy yummy crackers!

- Serve with cashew cheese or dips
