Who’s heard about acai bowls?

 

Well, if you haven’t, it’s done now!

 

There is so much fuss about acai these days but I can say that this is for a good reason. Acai contains A LOT of antioxidants and are clearly a great thing to add to your pantry.

 

I have to admit that it took me a few trials before having a nice result but this one… is the best. Go ahead without any doubts, even if the pumpkin might sound weird or original, I tell’ya, it’s quite nice ;)

Creamy Pumpkin Acai Bowl (serves 1)

 

What you need

 

1/2 avocado

1 cup kefir or your fav milk

2 tablespoon acai

1 tablespoon lucuma powder or 1/2 banana (or both if you like it sweeter)

1 pinch cinnamon

 

 

Toppings

roasted pumpkin

fresh tahini

cacao nibs

raw pistachios

mulberries for a touch of extra sweetness.

 

 

What you do

 

Blend everything in your high speed blender (except toppings)

Top up with the above toppings or the one of your choice.
