Quick and easy creamy cashew chai latte


This Creamy Cashew Chai Latte is really nice. It’s the perfect afternoon treat.  It’s easy and healthy.


This cashew chai latte can easily replace your tea or coffee or can be serve as a little creamy vegan soup before starting a nice gourmet meal.


It takes just a few minutes to prepare and you will totally love it.

Creamy Cashew Chai Latte (serves 1)



What you need


  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for 1 hour)
  • 3 cups of filtered water, infused with your favourite chai tea
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon




  • cacao nibs
  • cinnamon



What you do


After soaking your cashews, discard soaking water and rinse carefully.

Place your cashews, your tea (slightly warm or cold) and a pinch of cinnamon in your high speed blender and blend until nice and creamy.

Top up with some cinnamon powder and cacao nibs.

Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
