What you need


  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup hazelnut milk
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs


What you do


- Soak your cashews in the hazelnut milk (cashew have to be totally covered by the milk) for about 6 hours (or overnight)

- Blend the cashews and the milk in a high speed blender

- Garnish with cacao nibs

- You can serve with a delicious raw, vegan & sugar free chocolate brownie. Check out the recipe here.
