This Cacao Maca Energising Smoothie is definitely one of my all times favourite. So simple, it takes only a few minutes to prepare and will boost your mood and energy levels for the whole day. As it contains maca, it will also help you to balance hormones and boost fertility.
What you need
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp cacao
- About 1 cup of your favourite milk
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- Gojis for topping
- Mulberries for topping
- Cacao nibs for topping
What you do
- Place everything in your blender (except the gojis, cacao nibs and mulberries, which are for topping) and blend until nice and creamy.
- Add more milk to obtain a more liquid texture.
- Garnish with the toppings of your choice. Here I used gojis, cacao nibs and mulberries.
Note: you can add a couple of dates or 1/2 banana if you’d like something sweeter.
