Best Blueberry Smoothie


Who doesn’t like blueberries?


These little juicy balls are wonderful! Full of flavors, they are packed with antioxidants (you can see that to their beautiful deep purple color) and low in sugar and fructose.


They are just delicious and I could honestly eat them all day long.


So what’s best than a blueberry smoothie? You can have it as a delicious snack or light breakfast. But one thing is for sure: you won’t get enough of it ;-)

Best Blueberry Smoothie


What you need (serves 1)


1 cup (about 150ml) coconut water

A handful of fresh or frozen blueberries

1/2 banana

A few ice cubes




Cacao nibs and extra blueberries



What you do


1. Blend everything (except toppings) into your high speed blender until well-combined.

2. Serve in a nice glass with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
