I love starting my days with chia seeds as they are very cleansing. This option is not loaded with sugar and contains a good dose of protein, which is perfect to start the day.

 

This one is definitely one of my go to breakfast, especially when I crave something creamy like yoghurt. Delicious :P

Layered Creamy Berry Chia Pudding

 

 

What you need (serves 1)

 

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 cup coconut water

1/2 mix berries (fresh or defrost)

Cinnamon

Full fat unsweetened organic yogurt or coconut yogurt

 

 

Toppings

 

Cacao nibs, buckwheat groats, cinnamon

 

 

What you do

 

1. Place all ingredients except the yoghurt in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.

2. Place in the fridge for one hour to set.

3. Pour a bit of your chia pudding in a glass to create a first layer.

4. Create a second layer with your yoghurt and keep going.

5. Finish with your favorite toppings.
