If like me you love creamy & sweet healthy snacks in the afternoon, you’ll adopt this easy one straight away! You can add as much cinnamon as you want, which will help you to regulate your blood sugar levels.


What you need (for 2 people)


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (or more)
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 500ml nut milk (almond or oat milk are perfect but you can use your favourite milk as well)


What you do

- Blend everything until soft. You can also blend it with a few ice cubes if you prefer it chilled.

- Serve with a bit of cinnamon powder on top…
