This is what I love eating in the morning. I call it the brekkie bowl because I throw in there anything nutritious I love. This takes you only a few minutes and will fill you up with nutritious goodness to start an amazing day! Oh, did I mention this was absolutely delicious?

 

What you need

 

  • 1/2 avocado (peeled & diced)
  • 1 kiwi (peeled & diced) – optional
  • 1 small homemade organic yoghurt (you can also use kefir or any yoghurt of your choice)
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp mulberries

 

 

What you do

 

- Place your avocado and kiwi in a nice bowl.

- Top that up with some nice organic yoghurt.

- Sprinkle the rest of your ingredients on top and enjoy ;)
