  • 1 cup kefir or probiotic yogurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp goji berries
  • 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs
  • 2 tsp desiccated coconut

 

What you do

 

- Place everything in a mug or a bowl and mix well.
