crown chakraThis week is the last week of cleanse and will focus on our last chakra; Sahasrara chakra, which is our crown chakra.


Sahasrara, our crown chakra, is our link to the divine. A balanced crown chakra makes us feel present, clear and insightful.

People who experience unbalances in this chakra have difficulties to see a meaning to their life and a connection to the divine. By nourishing our crown chakra we will expand and manifest our intentions.


The foods that nourish this chakra are the purple foods such as purple grapes, red grapes, plums, raspberries, purple cabbage, figs and Spanish onions. Lavender and poppy seeds are also perfect for this chakra.


Adding some purple cabbage, figs and purple or red grapes to your salads is a delicious way to nourish your crown chakra. It’s important to drink lots of clean and filtered water as usual. Grape juice and red wine (in moderation) is also good to nourish your Sahasrara chakra (as well as your third eye chakra).
