This week of the chakra cleanse will focus on our Agya chakra, which is the third eye chakra.


Agya, our third eye chakra, is designed with only 2 petals and is responsible for our vision of life, the way we see the world and reality. It’s linked to our intuition and clairvoyance. Nourishing this chakra will help us to see and believe in our intuitions.


The foods that nourish this chakra are the blue-ish foods such as blueberries, plums, blackberries, cherries, eggplants, raisins, and Spanish onions. Lavender and poppy seeds are also perfect for this chakra.


Adding these foods to your salads is a delicious way to nourish your third eye chakra. You can also add some eggplants to your veggies by frying some cubes in coconut oil.

Regarding the liquids, it’s important to drink lots of clean and filtered water as usual. Grape juice is a great way to nourish Agya. You can also have a glass of red wine occasionally.
