So many of us think that we stay stuck in a vicious cycle of disordered eating because of ourselves:

  • our lack of willpower,
  • because we are broken,
  • because it’s the way we are,
  • because we are just different,
  • not good enough
  • etc… you know the drill, right?

This couldn’t be further from the truth. 

After spending the last decade of my life recovering and helping others, it became clear to me that the number one reason we could stay stuck in an eating disorder for years (sometimes for a lifetime) was beyond ourselves.

If this was just a matter of willpower, how come so many smart, talented, and successful women – with a family, great careers, and more –  were still stuck in this pattern despite their best efforts?

The reason is very simple: we have been looking at the wrong place.

Your body is THE most intelligent bio-computer on earth.

While we are sending people to the moon, engineering 5G, and vaccines, the sad truth is that we still don’t understand it fully!

But take a moment to observe a healthy child. Do you think he is mentally thinking and analyzing what he has to eat for his next meal?

Of course not! Well, that natural and effortless relationship with food is your birthright. This is how it is supposed to happen and this is what your body wants for yourself too.

Your body has this incredible capacity to heal IF you let it heal.

If you want to stop binge eating once and for all, you’ve got to start looking at what is happening in your body.
