Easy peasy gluten-free pizza dough your tummy will like

I know what you’re thinking… gluten-free pizza just doesn’t taste good!

Believe me, once you’ll try this quick and easy one, there will be no turning back.

Because what’s better than pizza?

It’s eating it and NOT feeling bloated and sluggish afterward.

This one is made with rice flour and is light and crusty, just as we love it! Then, you can add any toppings you love; capers, zucchinis, anchovies, mushrooms, basil, fresh mozzarella… you design it as you like.

Ingredients for 2 normal-sized pizzas:

  • About 250gr rice flour
  • 2 eggs (optional)
  • Sea salt
  • One small cup of water. Add more until you have a dense dough, not too liquid.

Instructions

You can either mix everything with your blender.

In that case, feel free to add the eggs for an extra dose of proteins.

Then you can just pour the dough in some pie molds and place in the oven for a few minutes until it dries.

Add your toppings and cook.

If you don’t have any blender or don’t want to add eggs, then just mix with your hands until you can a dense dough.

Once you have spread it on a parchment paper, place it in the over for a few minutes.

Add your toppings and cook.

Now I’d love to hear from you!
