How To Stop Binge Eating: Erase Remaining Binge Urges

I know what recovery may seem to you!

You’ve made a lot of progress in your binge eating and / or bulimia recovery but still… after being binge & purge free for something like 2 weeks (or even a month), you’re constantly seeing yourself getting back to it without really understanding why.

I totally get you because I’ve been there!

Some can get stuck in this situation for months (it was certainly my case). And if you don’t get the missing piece on time, you could even get stuck in this specific situation for years! Not to mention the impact this has on our self-worth, moral and on our views about recovery and life.

I won’t let you think recovery is not the right thing for you, or that you’re different or whatever excuses your bulimia mind will throw at you.

If you’re stuck in this situation, this is because you’re missing one important piece of information. And here it is for you…

It’s simple, but it will take a bit of practice. I am explaining all the details in this video and I know it will help you stop binge eating for good.

    Hello Pauline,

Loved the video and will definitely apply your advice. Haven’t done it for a month almost and I do have realize I have more time and energy to do those things I like the most… The thoughts arised but then I decided to just don’t do anything- living with the boyfriend is playing a huge role, but not only because of this I really wanted to put a fullstop on it… Thinking of the type of wife, partner in life, mother, adult in general i want/always wanted to become, and bulimia wasnt there… Getting to know my true self again, reading more, cooking, meeting friends… And feels great :) thx for the video and you are looking amazing!!! Have a lovely holiday you too xo

Thanks for this video Pauline. I haven’t binged in a few weeks but will definitely give this a try next time I feel the binge urge.
