I’m honoured to start the 2013′s guest interviews with the amazing Jess Ainscough.
Jess is a writer, health coach, and very proud pug owner from Coolum on the Sunshine Coast. She is the creator of the well-known “The Wellness Warrior” website, where she shares her cancer recovery story, and writes daily articles on courage, kindness, self-respect — and of course, nutrition & movement.
Could you please explain what brought you there/how did you find your path?
I became a wellness warrior after I was diagnosed with cancer and decided to become an empowered participant in my healing. When I said “no, thank you” to having my arm cut off and embraced the path of true healing. I claimed the virtual title of ”The Wellness Warrior” when I began sharing my story with the online world, and in turn found my people. As The Wellness Warrior, I have established a two-way relationship with people all around the world where we inspire, share, and ultimately help each other heal.
What’s new and good regarding your projects & what do you plan for the near future?
I’ve decided to beef up The Wellness Warrior Lifestyle Transformation Guide by adding in monthly group coaching calls. The Lifestyle Transformation Guide (I am ambassador for this one ) is a whole world of information & support for people to want to look & feel better, heal their bodies from stress & disease, and keep their own wellness promises.
And now, with the monthly group coaching calls, members of the program will have a chance to ask me questions and move through any areas of their transformation that they feel stuck on or overwhelmed by. I will also be giving a pep talk to keep them on track and accountable. My goal is to make their lives as easy and enjoyable as possible… So if you were on the fence about purchasing it before, now is the time to commit to claiming your ideal self. You can access it here.
I am also happy to say that my eBook “Make Peace With Your Plate” will be published by Hay House this year, so stay tune

“Walk with the dreamers, the believers, the courageous, the cheerful, the planners, the doers, the successful people with their heads in the clouds and their feet on the ground. Let their spirit ignite a fire within you, to leave this world better than when you found it.” – Wilfred Peterson
