I’ve been totally spoiled this week.
I am actually writing you from a gorgeous island in the Philippines.
I’ve spent the last 2 days diving with manta rays and whale sharks. This was quite an awesome experience as you guess!

More than ever before, I’ve realised that reconnecting with nature is essential to stay balanced and reconnect with your deeper self. This is such a great and powerful nourishment for the soul!
This is why today I wanted to share my best tips to help you reconnect easily to your deeper self because I can give you all the nutrition tips in the world, if you are not able to reconnect with your own essence, you will not be able to live a peaceful and fulfilling life.
Here are my 5 fav things to get you started:
Spend time in nature
Spending time in nature is definitely one of the most powerful things to do to wash your mind from all the day-to-day business. It has the ability to connect you with something bigger and reminds you that everything is just perfect as it is.
Nature’s beauty always reminds me that I am exactly where I am meant to be and that all the stress or self-pressure I can create for myself are just things that hold me back from being the best version of myself.
Get in touch with your creativity (cooking, painting, play music, etc…)
For me cooking and painting is what I love the most. But there are so many options out there. Some will prefer book-scraping, writing, designing or making their own jewels, bags or clothes. The possibilities are endless. The goal is to dive into a creative activity that will make you stop thinking about the past or the future and instead, bring you back to the beauty of the present moment.

Listen to your favourite uplifting music and dance like crazy
I often recommend that to my clients.
By doing that you are actually getting the message that this specific song is synonym of joy, fun and happiness. Soon, this association will become so deep rooted that just the fact of listening to this song again will have the power to change your whole day for the better.

Spend some time with or call someone you love to tell her/him how important she/he is in your life
By doing that you will not only deepen your relationship by showing your real feelings and being vulnerable but you will also feel uplifted by the gesture.
Sharing, expressing and giving some love is the most powerful thing we can do to get back to our true essence because we all come from this place, from a place of true, unconditional love.
Take a few minutes to meditate and then increase your awareness about how awesome and unique you are
Taking some time to just sit still and breathe is great to quiet the central nervous system. I would definitely recommend to do it every day. Just 10 minutes can already make a difference. I personally try to do so and love it.
Once you’ve calmed your mind down and before getting back to your daily life, take a moment to reflect on who you are in this world. Take time to see how perfect everything around you is and how you too are totally perfect. Try to connect with your greatness, your unique essence and realise how beautiful this is.
Your uniqueness is absolutely priceless.
