My kitchen is my canvas. I love experimenting with new ingredients and creating stuffs that satisfy my being on all levels (physically, mentally and emotionally).

I always used fresh, local ingredients and I encourage you to do the same, so you can get the most nourishment out of your food. All recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free because – first of all – I am gluten sensitive – plus, I think that, eaten regularly, refined products are highly addictive and toxic.

But, you’ll see that eating clean can truly be delicious, quick, easy and FUN!
