This is actually absolutely normal as your hunger and satiety sensations are not used to be experienced ‘normally’ anymore. It’s then very difficult to know how much we should eat.
We can feel strong hunger or strong fullness but usually, we have difficulties to feel all the different subtle sensations that are in between.
The truth is that quantities are different for everyone one and will be different at different times of the day. This will depend on your metabolism, your activity, your age and many other things.
