This post-workout smoothie recipe is great to nourish and replenish your body after a nice workout session and will help you to get the most benefits from your workout. The Perfect Post-Workout Smoothie

 

What you need (serves 500ml)

 

1/4 cucumber (peeled)
1 banana (peeled)
About 125ml coconut water
About 125ml almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons hemp powder
1 tablespoon maca
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
A couple of ice cubes to have it chilled

 

Toppings

 

Fresh figs, raw pecans, cacao nibs, tahini and cinnamon.

 

 

What you do

 

Put everything into the bowl of your high speed blender and blend until creamy and well-combined.

Top up with the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
