What you need

 

  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 chopped sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup gojis berries
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • About 2.5 cups coconut water
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream – optional

 

 

What you do

 

- Place all your ingredients in a bowl – except coconut cream – and cover with coconut water.

- Soak for about 15 min, until the liquid is absorbed.

- Serve with coconut milk and your favourite smoothie.
