This Duo Gluten-Free Pastas With Raw Sauces sounds and looks really fancy, I know! However, you know it’s not my style to make something that is complicated and takes a long time to prepare. So trust me, you’ll see that this is super simple (and delicious, of course). This is perfect to impress your significant other after a long day ;)

 

What you need

 

For the pastas

  • Your favourite gluten-free pastas

 

For the tomato pesto sauce

  • 1 cup broccoli heads
  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt & pepper

 

For the creamy sauce

  • 1/2 cup soaked cashews
  • Juice of 1/2 to 1lime, to taste
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Salt & pepper

 

 

What you do

 

For the pastas

- Cook your pastas as per the brand’s instructions.

 

For the pesto tomato sauce

- Blend all ingredients in your high speed blender until well combined.

- Add sea salt and black pepper if needed.

 

For the creamy sauce

- Blend all ingredients in your high speed blender until creamy and well combined.

- Add a bit of water to adjust consistency if needed.

- Add sea salt and black pepper if needed.

 

Serve with what you like; Brazil nuts parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, avocado, fresh coriander, etc…
