What you need

 

  • 1 ripe banana (frozen is good too)
  • juice of 2 green apples
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of your favourite green powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds (topping)
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs (topping)

 

What you do

 

- Mix all ingredients in your high speed blender until smooth and add pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs on top.

- Enjoy!
