This cashew cheese is the perfect vegan option for dips and cheese. Once you’ve got the basic option (explained below), you will be able to vary the tastes by adding spices or fresh herbs. What you need

 

  • 3 cups of cashews
  • Filtered water
  • Unrefined sea salt

 

 

What you do

 

- Soak the cashew in filtered water during 3 to 5 hours

- Process them in a food processor with a pinch of salt (and/or any other spices) until well combined

- You should obtain a cheese paste

- Add it to your dishes or spread it on your crackers or bread… Yummm
