As you probably know by now, I love super simple recipes that only take a few minutes to prepare!

Here is one of them. This scrumptious blueberry smoothie is full of antioxidants and is suitable for people with food major food sensitivities as it’s gluten, dairy, nut, soy and sugar-free.



What you need


  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ┬ávanilla powder
  • Cacao nibs for topping



What you do


- Blend all ingredients in your high speed blender except the cacao nibs.

- Garnish with nibs and enjoy! Yum :P
