3-Min Acai Bowl

 

Acai and acai bowls get all the rage at the moment and this is for a very good reason.

 

These little berries are found in the rain forests of the Amazon and are super rich in antioxidants (much more than other berries). That means they are protecting you form the ageing process, free-radicals and oxidation while boosting your immune system and energy, not to mention all the other health benefits this super-berry has.

3-Min Acai Bowl

 

 

What you need (serves 1)

 

1 small avocado
1 heaping tablespoon acai powder
1 banana
1 cup – about 250ml – almond milk (or favorite option)
1 pinch cinnamon
1 handful cacao nibs
1 heaping tablespoon hemp power (optional)

 

Toppings

Raw pistachios, mulberries, goji berries, cacao nibs.

 

 

What you do

 

1. Put all ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until creamy and well-combined.

2. Serve in a nice glass and top up with the toppings of your choice.

3. Enjoy this healthy, antioxidant-packed snack!
